  • Apprenticeship as industrial electrician (field: production engineering)

What makes STAHL CraneSystems so attractive to young people?

A personal atmosphere and an excellent working climate prevail in our small-sized departments. Apprentices are individually supervised and are given immediate help with problems and questions. This sets apprenticeships at STAHL CraneSystems apart from the mass processing common in larger, more impersonal companies.  Intensive integration into workgroups gives young people the opportunity to give their input and solve demanding tasks at a young age.

Apprenticeship and studies with a broader perspective
We cultivate thirst for knowledge and eagerness to learn wherever we can. We therefore support many meaningful forms of continuing education such as training courses, semesters abroad, crane operator's licence, etc.
Within the framework of combined vocational training and degree courses we offer our students the opportunity to work for several weeks in one of our foreign subsidiaries or our parent company in Finland and thus gain initial experience of working abroad.
The GABI project gives apprentices in manual professions the opportunity of working in a different company for a few weeks and thus expanding their professional horizons.

At STAHL CraneSystems, social life is not neglected in favour of learning and working: to give our new apprentices a good introduction to the company every year we organise start-up days to give them a chance  to get to know each other. On our regular apprentices' trips they have the opportunity to switch off completely and recharge their batteries on a rafting expedition or visit to a musical.
